KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major and a company of the RPG Group, has secured new orders totaling Rs. 1,025 crores in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Cables businesses.

In the T&D sector, the company secured significant projects including a 765 kV GIS Substation in India from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), a 225 kV Composite project covering Transmission lines, Substations, and Underground cabling in West Africa, and contracts for supplying towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.

Additionally, in the Cables business, KEC International has secured orders for supplying various types of cables domestically and internationally.

Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., expressed satisfaction with the ongoing influx of orders, particularly in their Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business. He highlighted that these new orders have significantly bolstered their order book in both domestic and international markets. With the latest additions, the year-to-date (YTD) order intake has exceeded Rs. 4,000 crores, marking a remarkable growth of over 70% compared to the previous year. Mr. Kejriwal emphasized that these orders, combined with earlier announcements throughout the year, reinforce their confidence in achieving targeted growth moving forward.
