Amaravati, April 16, 2025 — In a significant move towards advancing the development of the state capital, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated tenders for the construction of the Integrated Andhra Pradesh State Secretariat and Heads of Departments (HoD) offices in Amaravati. The Housing & Buildings (Offices) department, under the CITIIS initiative, issued three major tender notifications on April 16, 2025, with all bids open until May 1, 2025.
The comprehensive development plan includes the construction of multiple towers across the Amaravati Government Complex on both the northern and southern sides of the Palavagu stream. The estimated total cost of the projects stands at ₹4,688.82 crores.
