India : RITES Limited, a prominent transport infrastructure consultancy and engineering firm, and AD Ports Group, a leading facilitator of global trade, logistics, and industry, have announced a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today.
- The purpose of this MoU is to explore potential joint ventures and collaborations in key areas of trade and logistics. This collaboration leverages RITES’ extensive expertise in transport infrastructure development and project management alongside AD Ports Group’s comprehensive portfolio of world-class ports, logistics solutions, and vertically-integrated business clusters.
- The primary objective of the MoU is to facilitate mutual engagement and explore opportunities for joint cooperation, particularly in upcoming events like IMEEC, as well as in infrastructure development areas such as ports, multimodal logistic parks, free trade zones, rail connectivity projects, and logistics infrastructure services.
