The agreements were formalized in Mumbai, attended by Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister and Energy Minister Sh. Devendra Fadnavis.

The first MoU involves the creation of five PSPs with a total capacity of 8,100 MW, signed by SJVN’s Chairman Sh. Sushil Sharma and Sh. Deepak Kapoor (IAS) from the Water Resources Department. The second MoU focuses on a 505 MW Floating Solar Project at Lower Wardha Dam, signed with MAHAGENCO’s CMD Dr. P. Anbalagan.
