The contract involves the supply of gear shifter systems integrated with push pull cables for commercial vehicles.
The order will be executed over a five-year period, with supplies scheduled to commence from the first quarter of FY27. The long-term contract provides improved revenue visibility and supports the company’s growth outlook, amid steady demand from India’s commercial vehicle segment driven by infrastructure activity, fleet replacement, and logistics expansion.
As per the company’s regulatory disclosure, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not involve any related-party transactions. There is no promoter or promoter group interest in the awarding entity.
