Fab Wood Has Presence in Timber and Value-Added Wood Products
Founded in 1999, Fab Wood has established a presence in the timber and value-added wood products segment, particularly across South India. Its product portfolio includes timber, engineered wood solutions, cladding products, doors, architectural wood applications, and specialised supporting infrastructure and processing capabilities.
Fab Wood serves a range of customers and professionals, including architects, interior designers, furniture manufacturers, contractors, builders, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and homeowners.
The company is also involved in product innovation and the development of new applications within the wood products category.
Acquisition to Expand Euro Pratik’s Product Portfolio
The acquisition marks Euro Pratik’s entry into the premium timber and value-added wood products segment. The company expects the combination of Fab Wood’s relationships across the wood-products value chain and Euro Pratik’s pan-India distribution network to create opportunities for broader market access.
The transaction is also intended to support cross-selling opportunities between the two businesses while expanding the range of products available to customers.
Euro Pratik said the acquisition forms part of its longer-term strategy to build an integrated platform covering interior decorative and surface solutions.
Euro Pratik Expands Through Strategic Acquisitions
