One Point One Solutions Limited has completed the acquisition of Netcom Business Contact Center S.A. in Costa Rica, Netcom BCC Colombia S.A.S., and related business assets in Panama in a deal valued at approximately $33.37 million. The transaction was executed through its wholly owned subsidiary, One Point One MENA Holdings Limited, and represents a major step in the company’s international expansion strategy.

The acquisition provides One Point One Solutions with an established nearshore delivery platform in Latin America. Through operations in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Panama, the company will now be able to serve clients across North America and the wider Latin American region with improved geographic proximity and multilingual support capabilities.

Netcom BCC specializes in providing business process management services primarily for the banking, financial services, and insurance sector. Its service portfolio includes collections management, Know Your Customer verification, fraud monitoring, customer onboarding, and credit administration services. The integration is expected to strengthen One Point One Solutions’ capabilities in regulated financial services outsourcing.

The company stated that the acquisition aligns with its broader strategy of expanding artificial intelligence driven BPM solutions and building a global multi shore delivery model that combines offshore and nearshore service capabilities.
