Brigade Enterprises Limited has announced the acquisition of a 5.72-acre land parcel in Osman Nagar, Hyderabad, marking a strategic expansion of its residential portfolio in one of India’s fastest-growing real estate markets.
The land was secured through an auction conducted by the Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) at a price of ₹44 crore per acre, excluding registration costs.
The company plans to develop a residential project on the site, reinforcing its long-term commitment to strengthening its presence in Hyderabad. The acquisition is positioned as a key step in Brigade’s broader growth strategy, particularly in high-demand urban corridors.
The Osman Nagar location offers strong residential potential due to its proximity to major IT hubs such as HITEC City and Gachibowli, along with connectivity through the Outer Ring Road and a relatively low-density living environment.
A senior company executive stated that Hyderabad continues to be a priority market for Brigade Enterprises, citing its rapid urbanisation and emergence as a global business hub. The company aims to deliver high-quality residential developments aligned with evolving urban lifestyle demands.
