Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LoI) from KPI Green Energy Limited for the supply of power cables, marking a significant domestic order for the company. The contract, valued at ₹93.08 crore including applicable taxes, is expected to strengthen the company’s order book amid rising infrastructure activity linked to renewable energy projects in India.

KPI Green Energy awarded the order in its capacity as an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor. The scope of work involves the supply of power cables under a kilometre-rate based structure that includes a price variation formula, aligning execution with project cost dynamics. The order reflects continued demand for transmission components required for large-scale energy and infrastructure developments.

The company stated that the project is domestic in nature and is scheduled to be executed by June 30, 2026. Diamond Power Infrastructure also clarified that the transaction does not fall under related-party arrangements and that neither promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding company.
