Oriana Power Limited has received an Engineering, Procurement and Commissioning (EPC) contract for setting up solar power projects with an aggregate capacity of 50 MW in Rajasthan. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing dated August 19, 2026.

The aggregate value of the contract is ₹214.80 crore, including GST. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity operating in the cement industry and covers engineering, procurement and commissioning services for the solar projects.

According to the company, the EPC contract is scheduled to be executed within nine months. Following the project’s Commercial Operation Date, Oriana Power will also provide operation and maintenance services for a period of 10 years.

The company classified the order as a domestic contract. It also disclosed that the promoter or promoter group does not have any interest in the entity awarding the contract and that the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.

The 50 MW order adds to Oriana Power’s solar EPC project pipeline and provides the company with an additional project execution opportunity in Rajasthan. The regulatory filing did not disclose the name of the cement industry entity that awarded the contract.
