Eicher Motors Limited reported its strongest-ever quarterly performance for Q2 FY26, driven by sharp increases in revenue, profitability, and vehicle deliveries across Royal Enfield and VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV). The company continued its upward momentum supported by festive demand, refreshed motorcycle line-up, and steady commercial vehicle sales.
Record Financial Performance
Eicher Motors posted consolidated revenue of ₹6,172 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a robust 45 percent year-on-year rise. EBITDA increased 39 percent to ₹1,512 crore, while Profit After Tax expanded 25 percent to ₹1,369 crore, compared to ₹1,100 crore in the same quarter last year.
Royal Enfield delivered its highest-ever quarterly sales at 3,27,067 units, up 45 percent from Q2 FY25. Strong customer sentiment, GST rationalisation in the sub-350cc category, and a solid festive season contributed to the volume boost.
VECV Maintains Growth Momentum
VECV reported revenue of ₹6,106 crore, up 10.3 percent from the previous year. EBITDA rose to ₹479 crore from ₹395 crore, and PAT improved to ₹249 crore from ₹208 crore in Q2 FY25. The company delivered 21,901 vehicles, supported by strong performance in both light and medium-duty trucks and growing market share in heavy-duty trucks.
The brand also introduced the Eicher Pro Plus series of medium-duty trucks equipped with air-conditioned cabins and enhanced load capacity to meet new regulatory requirements.

Eicher Motors Managing Director and Royal Enfield CEO B. Govindarajan highlighted the strong quarter, emphasising the brand’s consistent volume growth and successful product portfolio updates. He noted the company’s milestone 125th anniversary at EICMA 2025, marked by significant model showcases including the Classic 650 special edition, bigger Bullet 650, and Flying Flea S6.
VECV MD and CEO Vinod Aggarwal stated that the division delivered its best-ever second quarter on the back of steady demand, an expanding dealer network, and higher spare parts revenue. He added that GST rationalisation helped uplift consumer confidence and broader commercial mobility demand.
Business and Community Updates
Royal Enfield rolled out refreshed versions of key models, including the Meteor 350 with upgraded features and comfort enhancements. The Hunter 350 received a new Graphite Grey colourway, while the Guerrilla 450 was introduced in a Shadow Ash edition.
The brand concluded One Ride 2025, uniting over 40,000 riders across more than 60 countries. Royal Enfield also confirmed the return of Motoverse 2025 in Goa and launched the fifth season of #ArtOfMotorcycling, themed “Cine-Verse,” aimed at celebrating creativity within global riding communities.
