TACC Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of HEG Limited, has signed a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ceylon Graphene Technologies (CGT) to advance graphene technology and explore its vast potential across various applications.
TACC, part of the LNJ Bhilwara Group, specializes in synthetic graphite and is committed to green technologies, while CGT, a subsidiary of LOLC Group, is a global leader in graphene production, leveraging Sri Lanka’s high-purity vein graphite.
The MoU aims to combine the strengths of both companies in developing high-quality graphene materials. A key part of this collaboration is the establishment of a state-of-the-art graphene manufacturing facility at TACC’s site in India, enabling large-scale production for global markets.
Graphene’s unique properties, such as strength, conductivity, and lightweight nature, make it a game-changer across industries, with applications in electronics, energy storage, coatings, and more. Together, TACC and CGT aim to set new standards for innovation and sustainability in the graphene sector.
