DII Infuses ₹5,185.65 Cr, While FII/FPI Pulls Out ₹6286.70 Cr in Capital Markets on Feb 24,2025

On February 24, 2025, trading activity in the capital market segment across NSE, BSE, and MSEI reflected contrasting trends between Domestic Institutional Investors (DII) and Foreign Institutional Investors/Foreign Portfolio Investors (FII/FPI).

DIIs were net buyers, with a total buy value of ₹12,552.14 crores and a sell value of ₹7,366.49 crores, resulting in a net inflow of ₹5,185.65 crores.

On the other hand, FIIs/FPIs were net sellers, recording a buy value of ₹7,905.53 crores against a significantly higher sell value of ₹14,192.23 crores, leading to a net outflow of ₹6,286.70 crores. This indicates strong domestic participation while foreign investors continued their selling spree.
