Hexaware Technologies Ltd., a global IT and business process services firm, has opened a new delivery center at 145 S Wells Street, Chicago. The office is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its operational capacity in North America.
The opening event was attended by representatives from client organizations, including Jenna Howard of Duly Health and Care and Allison Radecki of Morgan Street Holdings, alongside Hexaware’s executive team, including CEO R Srikrishna and President of Digital IT Operations Siddharth Dhar.
R Srikrishna cited digital adoption trends in the U.S. as a factor behind the expansion. According to the company, the new office is intended to increase its ability to respond to client needs and address changes in areas such as artificial intelligence and technology implementation.
Siddharth Dhar noted that the Midwest region is a focus for growth, and the company plans to hire approximately 250 employees at the Chicago location over the next five years.
Jenna Howard commented on the relevance of the move to Chicago’s healthcare market, while Allison Radecki pointed to potential improvements in operational areas such as compliance and speed.
The new office is expected to support Hexaware’s service delivery in sectors including healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing. The facility will also be used for client engagement and regional collaboration.
This addition follows a pattern of geographic expansion by Hexaware in the United States as it seeks to adapt to local market requirements and support its enterprise clients.
