Omaxe Group has announced an investment of approximately ₹250 crore for the development of its premium residential project, Omaxe Cassia, in Lucknow. The project is being developed by Omaxe Garv Buildtech Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Situated within the expansive 690-acre Omaxe Metro City township on Raebareli Road, the project has witnessed strong early demand. According to the company, nearly 300 of the total 360 units have already been sold prior to the commencement of construction, indicating robust buyer interest in the micro-market.

Omaxe Cassia is positioned as a high-quality residential offering aimed at meeting the evolving preferences of urban homebuyers. The project will consist of eight residential towers featuring a mix of 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. The development is planned in compliance with Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines and is expected to be completed within the next three years.

The company recently marked the start of construction with a Bhoomi Pujan and Hawan ceremony at the site. The event saw participation from over 500 attendees, including channel partners and prospective homeowners.

Omaxe stated that the strong pre-construction sales reflect a shift in buyer behavior in Lucknow, where homebuyers are increasingly prioritizing integrated township living over standalone residential units. Factors such as connectivity, social infrastructure, and long-term ecosystem development are influencing purchasing decisions.
