HCLSoftware, the software division of HCLTech, has announced today its selection by the State Bank of India (SBI) for their MarTech solution as part of SBI’s digital transformation initiative.

Under the five-year agreement, HCLSoftware will implement the HCL Unica platform to facilitate SBI’s digital overhaul of its customer interaction framework. This transformation aims to deliver hyper-personalized communication across SBI’s diverse digital marketing channels while ensuring compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) and other rigorous security standards.

Utilizing its advanced Customer Data Platform, AI capabilities, and comprehensive campaign management tools, HCL Unica will harness real-time data to significantly enhance SBI’s customer engagement capabilities. The platform will enable the execution of complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, thereby improving precision and relevance in customer engagement.
