Ceinsys Tech Secures Rs 30.06 Crore Orders from T Second Inc USA for AI and NVME Solutions

Ceinsys Tech Limited has announced that it, along with its wholly owned US subsidiary Technology Associates Inc., has secured purchase orders worth Rs 30.06 crore (approximately $3.16 million) from T Second Inc., USA.

The purchase orders have been awarded to both Ceinsys Tech and Technology Associates Inc. across multiple technology segments, including hardware supply, artificial intelligence applications, and geospatial solutions.

The largest order, valued at Rs 27.70 crore ($2.91 million), has been received by Ceinsys Tech for the supply of NVME drives. Another order worth Rs 1.55 crore ($162,900) involves AI-powered building and road extraction, encroachment monitoring, asset monitoring, and data processing through the BRYCK AI platform.

Additionally, Technology Associates Inc. has secured an order worth Rs 80.84 lakh ($85,000) for providing Enterprise Geospatial Imagery Repository services and AI-based feature extraction solutions.

The company stated that these orders stem from a recently established teaming agreement between Ceinsys Tech and T Second India Private Limited, aimed at exploring collaborative opportunities that complement each other’s technological capabilities. T Second India is engaged in the design, development, and manufacturing of hyperconverged platforms for edge environments and is a wholly owned subsidiary of T Second Inc., USA.

Ceinsys Tech noted that the international orders represent a significant business opportunity for both the company and its US subsidiary. The contracts are expected to strengthen the company’s presence in overseas markets while enhancing its capabilities in artificial intelligence-driven enterprise solutions and next-generation technology applications.

As per the regulatory disclosure, the orders have been awarded by an international entity, and the company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the awarding entity. It also clarified that the transactions do not qualify as related-party transactions.

The company expects to execute the orders within two weeks from the date of the purchase orders, highlighting its readiness to deliver the contracted solutions within the stipulated timeline.
