Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has announced the signing of a $150 million deal, equivalent to approximately ₹1,440 crore at current exchange rates, with SpaceX International Ltd., Malaysia, to deliver advanced AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre solutions.
The contract has been secured through the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd – USA. It represents a minimum contractual commitment of $150 million over an 18-month period and forms part of a broader Master Services Agreement between the two entities.
Under the agreement, Blue Cloud Softech will design, build, integrate and operate a sovereign-grade AI compute and data centre platform for SpaceX International. The scope of work spans four key verticals: AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications and data centre solutions.
The execution timeline is structured across multiple phases, with delivery expected over five to six quarters. Initial stages will focus on assessment and architecture design, followed by deployment and transition into managed services.
The project includes the development of GPU-based accelerator clusters, implementation of MLOps and model-serving infrastructure, and the establishment of a Security Operations Centre equipped with SIEM and SOAR capabilities. Additional deliverables include core network infrastructure, network operations centre-managed connectivity, and disaster recovery systems.
The company stated that the deal marks a strategic milestone in its expansion into large-scale global AI infrastructure projects and strengthens its positioning as an AI-first technology solutions provider.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited, listed on the BSE, operates across India, the United States, Africa and other international markets. For FY26, the company reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,002 crore, reflecting a 26% year-on-year growth. EBITDA rose 78% to ₹126.13 crore, while profit before tax increased 37% to ₹60.50 crore.
