Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced the expansion of its Hyperservice platform into an open network that allows access to genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training for customers and independent garages. This initiative marks a significant step toward redefining electric vehicle (EV) servicing in India.

Under this program, Ola Electric’s certified spare parts are now available for purchase directly through the Ola Electric Customer App and official website. This move eliminates middlemen and ensures customers and garages have access to high-quality, genuine components. The company said this initiative offers greater service freedom for over one million Ola customers across the country.

In the first phase, key spare parts will be made available online. Future phases will expand the offering to include diagnostic tools and technician certification programs, enabling widespread access to professional EV servicing resources.

Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ola Electric, stated, “We have built our service ecosystem using technology to make it fast, transparent, and efficient. With the Hyperservice scale-up, we are opening this capability to everyone — garages, fleets, and customers — providing genuine parts, full transparency, and no middlemen. This is true service freedom.”

The expansion of Hyperservice also enhances Ola’s unit economics by strengthening its high-margin parts and accessories segment, which grows organically with the company’s expanding customer base. By opening its service platform to the wider industry, Ola aims to create a scalable and profitable model that promotes both affordability and reliability.
