AMSTERDAM : Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS) has maintained its position as the top IT service provider for customer satisfaction across Europe, according to Whitelane Research’s independent survey of leading IT spending organizations. TCS has achieved this top ranking for the 11th consecutive year. Additionally, TCS holds the #1 spot in customer satisfaction in Financial Services (84% vs industry average of 75%) and Manufacturing & Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Pharmaceuticals (81% vs industry average of 76%), as per Whitelane Research.

The comprehensive Whitelane Research 2023/2024 IT Sourcing Study surveyed over 2,000 participants from Europe’s top IT spending organizations, evaluating more than 5,000 unique IT sourcing relationships. The study revealed that 31% of respondents plan to increase outsourcing over the next two years, citing access to resources and talent (55%) and scalability to business needs (54%) as primary drivers. TCS’s customer satisfaction score was found to be 82%, surpassing the industry average by 7 percent.

Sapthagiri Chapalapalli, Head of Europe at TCS, expressed pride in the recognition, emphasizing the importance of strong client relationships and access to talent, especially in an era where AI is expected to revolutionize industries. The study also highlighted TCS’s exceptional performance across five key IT domains: Digital Transformation, Workplace Services, Security Services, Application Services, and Cloud Services.

Looking ahead, the study found that European organizations prioritize enhancing security, resilience, and cyberdefense (60%) as the foremost area for client investment over the next two years. Automating business processes (57%) and migrating core operations to the cloud (45%) are also considered areas of investment priority.
