Saudi Arabia | Mumbai, India : Aramco Digital, Aramco’s digital and technology subsidiary, and LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions company, have entered into a shareholders’ agreement to establish an IT services company in Saudi Arabia. This prospective company aims to demonstrate innovation through disruptive digital services and transformative industry 4.0 systems integration capabilities, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 by creating highly skilled job opportunities for Saudis in this sector.
This joint venture is being formed under the Aramco Namaat Industrial Investments Program. Sudhir Chaturvedi, President and Executive Board Member of LTIMindtree, expressed full alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and satisfaction in being selected as the trusted partner for this venture. He highlighted the rapid adoption of new technologies in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region and pledged commitment to delivering technology-led growth. Collaborating with Aramco Digital, LTIMindtree intends to utilize its global capabilities and expertise to deliver digital transformation suitable for various sectors including giga projects, the government sector, high-growth industries, energy, manufacturing, and the financial services sector.
